The first step will be to create an account on the TrainingPeaks platform. There you can also follow the instructions required to own your athlete’s account. To create this account, no payment is required. Only if the athlete wishes to upgrade to the premium version. However, this is not necessary as long as you want to connect to our coach account, which we will see next.

Garmin Connect AutoSync TrainingPeaks

We will help you automatically sync completed Garmin Connect activities with your TrainingPeaks account. You can also upload future structured exercises from the one to another platform

We choose Garmin as an example, as this is the number one choice among athletes because of the ease of connection between their GPS device and the platform. The next time your device syncs with Garmin Connect, your planned structured workouts will be sent to your device. 

The photo below represents confirmation that your Garmin is in sync with trainingpeaks. and with that, your structured activities will be available in the TRAINING CALENDAR section of your watch.
