Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we are here to help you.
To purchase training plans within the TrainingPeaks platform:
In case you made your purchase within the TrainingPeaks platform, you can find the refund policy here.
To purchase training plans directly from our website:
If you made a purchase directly through our website, we will not be able to refund this amount due to the intellectual protection rights of our coach.
This is because unlike the TrainingPeaks platform, we have no control over the removal of material delivered to you (in this case, the training plan)
To purchase the ELITE package (direct consultation with our coach through communication channels choosen by the buyer himself:
If you chose the ELITE package, you will first be entitled to a 15 week training plan. After the first month, subsequent months will be consultations that our coach will offer regarding your training. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny or approve reimbursement requests with respect to consultations on a case by case basis. To be considered for a refund, a written request must be made to joel@new.imcertifiedcoach.com.
If not resolved by the parties within 7 days from the date of the email, the pro-rated amount will be refunded from the seventh day of the reconciliation attempt as this package deals with consulting and training analysis.
In this case, within 30 days we will be returning this amount proportional to the buyer discounted Brazilian taxes and exchange rate rates by paypal,
