Myths of training

The science of sports has always been concerned with explaining the structures that make up an organized, planned, structured, periodized training. And since these methods are frequent gaps in the literature, many choose to rely only on their instincts to organize their training or even their athletes. But like everything else in life, we depend on a certain "north" to guide us when we need to complete a task.

Training Peaks Revolution

From now on, the subject tends to get very interesting! Precisely because of the fact that associating technology with knowledge, we will have a recipe for success and achievements in our sport.

How to Choose an Ironman

ironman races

Ironman events

The first step in starting your ironman journey is choosing a race! There are hundreds of ironman’s held every year all over the world. You can choose from more than 200 Ironman® events around the world through ironman’s own website.

Time Frame

15 to 30 weeks

The standard amount of time needed to prepare for a ironman usually falls around fifteen weeks, assuming a good base level of fitness. Can you train for a ironman in six weeks? It’s possible, but it probably won’t be much fun—and you’ll run the risk of injury by compressing your time frame. To feel prepared and strong on race day, it’s ideal to choose our 02 complete cycle training plan because you’ll have at least 30 weeks to train for.

Training plans for specific races

Do you have the time?

All of us passionate about sports would like to dedicate our early season training as much time as possible to training.
However, sociable human beings as we are, we know that we have family, work, children! And all this becomes merely impossible to reconcile these days. When we train for triathlon, extreme sports, we are accustomed to a certain volume of training in hours, precisely because it is what we have to train!

Most of our athletes are entrepreneurs with their constant work and family commitments. But even so, they can adapt their social life with our training plans. Here you can see some testimonials from them.

Setting Goals

External goals:

External goals are the quantifiable, outcome-oriented goals most of us are familiar with, and could include things like a specific finishing time, a place on the podium, or a goal pace.

Internal Goals:

Stay positive through the race, to be more resilient when the unexpected occurs, or just finishing the race in a healthy way.

They will make all the difference as to the analysis of your training as well as the accumulation of information needed to know if you are on the right track.
